EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
- Upon receiving the product, immediately refuse if the packaging is violated or if the order is not in line with what was requested.
- In case of exchange due to defect, dissatisfaction or size reasons, the product cannot show signs of use and/or washing, and must be in perfect condition and with the internal label affixed. The goods will be analyzed by the responsible Serpentina team and, within 30 (thirty) calendar days, a diagnosis will be presented.
- The exchange period is 30 (thirty) days from receipt of the goods. Send an email to email@example.com to communicate the reason for the exchange before returning. Products received without prior notice will be immediately returned to the sender.
- In the event of a defect, Serpentina will be responsible for the shipping costs back to the customer.
- The exchange cannot be carried out without the invoice, it must be sent together with the goods.
- The withdrawal of a purchase can be made within a maximum of 7 (seven) calendar days, counted from the receipt of the goods. The product cannot necessarily show signs of use and/or washing, it must be in perfect condition and with the internal label affixed.

- The customer who returns the part, and the defect or justification for the return is proven, Serpentina offers:

Remembering that credit card operators may take up to two invoices subsequent to the month in which the reversal is requested to carry out the credit.
The refund request must be made within 7 days after receiving the product. (in case of withdrawal)
